I have a couple of other services that I provide that are really only applicable to agents in New Hampshire and/or Massachusetts... Although, there are a few other cities in other states that would be a fairly reasonable driving distance... It doesn't hurt to ask me!

Hostess for Open Houses

Fee: Priced Per Location; Est. $150+     Do you love to offer Open Houses as a service to your sellers but don't always have time for hosting them? I can do that for you... While I am not a licensed real estate professional, I am able to give potential buyers a tour of the home and take a list of contact info and questions to pass on to the listing agent. (Note: In general, my fee is $50/hr door-to-door plus mileage.)

Showing Homes to Buyers, Vacation Coverage & Final Walk-Thru/Closing Coverage

Fee: $50/Hour     Are you sick today and don't want to reschedule your showings? Leaving on vacation and need a hand? I can show homes to your buyers while you're away. There are lots of small-ticket items I can handle and it is comforting for people to know that someone is holding down the fort in your absence. With all the technology at our disposal, you could still handle the nitty-gritty stuff — like writing an offer on a house I showed for you! It would be nice to be more caught up when you return, don't you agree?
